Alluvion Staffing is seeking a Program Manager (Healthcare, Group Sales) for an immediate long term contract to hire role with a client in Jacksonville, FL.

OVERVIEW:
The Program Manager will work on the Business side of the enterprise on key sales and compensation projects. This person must have strong healthcare background with a great understanding of Medicare. The sales compensation experience is preferred but can be taught. Having the Medicare knowledge is key. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable communicating with all levels of management, able to create professional visual presentations and is comfortable sharing those at an executive level. Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office. Soft skills include someone who is personable, excels at conflict resolution and building relationships. PMP certification is a bonus but not required. A successful candidate for this role will be a forward thinker and change agent with experience in the area of Medicare sales, sales compensation and/or support.
This position will work closely with and manage sales compensation’s relationship with our channel and segment partners. This role is responsible for supporting plan design, program data modeling and channel management for Group Programs.  They will serve as the subject matter expert and champion for all Group related incentive compensation matters.  A successful candidate for this role will be a forward thinker and change agent with experience in the area of Group sales, sales compensation and/or support.
The position also ensures their channel’s initiatives are delivered on time, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations. They provide vision, requirements and expected outcomes based on their channel’s needs. They track key milestones and adjust plans in order to meet the needs of customers.  Program Managers are assigned channels with multiple interdependencies and a high degree of complexity.
Program Alignment, Implementation & Oversight
  • Ensures that investments and initiatives in functional sales compensation programs are aligned with business strategy and priorities, and have clear delivery and measurement of value.
  • Influencing internal and external business partners, selling concepts, and/or directly providing advice and counsel that impacts group sales compensation strategies.
  • Contributes to the creation of and/or adjustment to group sales compensation strategies.
  • Provide tactical leadership and technical expertise for the planning, managing and implementation of functional group sales compensation programs.
  • Identify and resolve program-related risks and issues where internal and external dependencies are complex in scope and have organization-wide impact.
  • Provide expertise around estimating program tasks, milestones, timeframes and resources required for the work, as well as managing issues, risks, costs, dependencies and changes.
 
  • Supports Design for Group Programs/Plans and support materials
  • Monitor and communicate program status, outcomes and ROI.
  • The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
 
Program Measurement & Evaluation:
  • In conjunction with the Sales Comp Solutions leader, identify program success measurement criteria based on organizational capability program management evaluation standards
  • In conjunction with the Sales Comp Reporting & Analytics leader, provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on program efficiencies, effectiveness
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years related work experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to create professional visual presentations that can be shared at an executive level
  • Ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives, and gain support and buy-in across the organization
  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically and creating tactical solutions to solve root needs
  • Experience with MS project and/or project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work with staff and management at all levels of the Company
  • Experience with the principles of change management
