Alluvion Staffing is currently seeking an Excel Administrative Assistant for a local marketing organization. MS Excel is a MUST for this role.
In this role you will perform the following duties:
  • This will be a strong hybrid role where we need a strong admin who can handle heavy spreadsheets but also someone who can hop on the calls and work with clients. 
  •  Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support project management personnel.
  • Responsibilities will extend to content organization and tracking for various aspects of in-house jobs.
  • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diverse workload.
  •  Potential for growth based on candidate's strengths.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers by tracking customer orders, shipping, and billing information (done in Excel)
  • Organize various forms of data in Microsoft Excel including content for ad pieces (product item #s, descriptions, pricing, etc.)
  • Filing, answering phones, and general office duties
  • Handle client calls when needed: orders, status updates and other various needs
  • Assist in filing, organizing samples, data entry

Required Education and Experience
  • At least two years prior experience in an administrative type role
  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel – A MUST!
  • Minimum 2-year associates degree
  • Ability to be a team player
