 We are hiring for a Retail Regional Manager role located inside the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) for our SFO/Cali Market.

WHAT WILL I DO?
    • Proactively greeting, engaging and meeting new customers continuously.
    • Understanding customers needs, demonstrating how to meet those needs and sales of  appropriate electronic gear.
    • On your feet, on the floor daily making sales, customer service and excitement happen.
    • Growing your sales skills and positioning yourself for growth within the  company.
       
      WHAT IS REQUIRED?
  • Sales Aptitude and ability to proactively engage customers
  • Strong motivation to hit personal and company sales targets
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand on your feet for an entire day/shift
  • Ability to pass a TSA background check / company background check

  • Some travel in your territory required on a monthly basis
  • **MUST be flexible with hours of opening and closing and able work weekend hours (6 am-10 pm.. 7 days a week)
  • Pay: Open Range, depends on expirence ,etc.  It will be annually plus year bonus pay based on management goals met and incentive plans
