Client Service Specialist
Job summary
Supports the Account Executives and other departments. Completes administrative work and testing in preparations for enrollments. Supports team efforts to meet deadlines.  Performs other Administrative duties and projects where applicable.
Essential job functions
Maintain and update internal system
Resolves discrepancies and update records
Upload relevant information to system
Perform 2nd validations for post enrollment.
General Clerical duties to support the overall implementation and enrollment
process
Minimum requirements
Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, insurance related correspondence, and memos.
Ability to communicate professionally using written and verbal skills.
Extensive knowledge and prior experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Publisher and Outlook. Acrobat Adobe form building experience preferred.
Must be able to type 45+ CWPM.
Ability to browse internet sites and complete data searches.
Good understanding of scanning and imaging necessary
Able to understand various data files including importing and exporting of data
Ability to apply critical thinking skills to various tasks
