Yahoo Fantasy Sports is in search of a customer service agent to join our team! Qualified candidates should have an enhanced understanding of Fantasy Sports, strong computer skills, and customer service experience. Everyday tasks will focus on attending to online chat and email cases in response to customer inquiries about their Yahoo Fantasy Sports leagues. The agent will handle questions pertaining to League Set Up, Keeper Leagues, Drafting, Waivers, Position Eligibility, Scoring, Stats, and Playoffs.

Responsibilities Will Include:
· Providing exceptional customer service to our Fantasy Sports users
· Creating custom email responses that directly address a user's question or concern
· Chatting with users to help answer their questions in a quick, efficient manner
· Monitoring/Reporting/Forecasting issues that may arise
· Checking stats and addressing scoring questions a customer may have
· Providing an understanding of our product to users
· Updating league settings and adjusting scoring as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
· Strong knowledge of Fantasy Sports
· Experience in Customer Service
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to customize and provide exceptional Customer Service
· Ability to work with a team
· Experience with Salesforce and Mac computers
Start Time: 12:00 AM
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
