Job Description
This project involves the implementation of changes to service account settings for applications that rely on Active Directory. System managers own these application and are responsible for making the require changes within a specified timeframe. We need someone with Active Directory experience who can guide and assist the system managers through making all of the required changes within tight deadlines. This will require partnering with system managers and / or team members to gather data to make the required changes.

Responsibility:
• Organize and conduct meetings with system manager to gather and understand information about their system / application so that changes can be made to the system's account settings in Active Directory.
• Communicate project goals and objectives.
• Drive / influence system managers to meet mutually established deadlines.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document the requirements.
• Produce clear and succinct communications, meeting minutes and status reports.
• Ensure accurate data tracking and progress reporting.
• Work closely as a member of the technical team to support, troubleshoot and suggest best practices.
• Conduct software demonstrations to system managers.


Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing or supporting IT Infrastructure with technologies such as Active Directory / Servers / Databases etc.
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and customer service/consulting skills.
• Self-starter who is very organized
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills to grasp specific system/process knowledge.
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership in delivering the responsibilities An excellent team player.

Desired Skills
• Understand the service accounts usage and PAM (Privileged Account Management) best practices.
• IT Security domain experience
