Job Title: Web Content Specialist:

Are you an html jockey that wants to fly in the global e-commerce environment? Do you want to be part of a team that builds great things? Do you like tweaking a content management system (CMS) to get it to dance?

If so, read on...

Things you are good at:

- You speak HTML, CSS, and can validate parameters passed on a web page using Charles, Fiddler, or web browser dev tools
- You have a “good eye” for a properly laid out web page
- You like solving puzzles and problem solving
- You have worked in a consumer e-commerce environment, and are familiar with Acquisition, Conversion, and Retention as a framework
- You thrive in collaborating with User Experience, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to achieve great web experiences
- You relish the challenge of working in a global environment that will publish pages in over 30 languages

Bonus skills:

- You read the Moz newsletter and have been to MozCon
- You have worked with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics

Things you will do on a daily basis:

- Handle incoming requests for web pages to be launched from stakeholders around the world: Japan, US, Brazil, Australia, and Europe.
- Sit with User Experience, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to brainstorm things to test
- Build out page using components and templates inside of Adobe Experience Manager
- Manage content in the product catalog to reflect changes in feature, price, images, and system requirements
- Maintain knowledge of product website structure, taxonomy, and templates
- Works closely with members of other areas and technology teams to identify CMS-related issues
- Testing and QA checks to make sure content, analytics, and pricing are “spot on”

Are we a good fit?

- We are a small team in a large corporation
- Globally focused
- Don’t take ourselves too seriously, like to laugh, and love to learn
- We act as a service agent for the organization. If we had a theme, it would be “we get things done”

And of course, here are a few things we like to check for:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 years of relevant job experience (marketing and e-commerce) or something so interesting we just want to talk to you about your experience
- Experience with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
- Self-motived and creative with an innovative and problem-solving attitude
- Good communication skills – you listen when people talk, and when you talk people listen
- Attention to detail...you know how to balance being meticulous and getting stuff done
