POSITION SUMMARY

As a member of the Facilities Services Team (FST), the Receptionist is responsible for performing a broad variety of office/administrative support duties. The FST collaborates with our property management company and serves all corporate employees, callers, and visitors to our campuses. This position is stationed at the reception desk and reports to the Manager, Facilities Services. The Receptionist position requires someone who is patient, is dedicated to quality customer service, and has a positive, helpful attitude. This person should enjoy frequent interaction with people of diverse backgrounds and who require varying levels of assistance.
 
Essential Job Duties:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service role within a corporate environment where effective communication via face-to-face interaction, telephone, and e-mail were essential to success.
  • At ease operating in an on-line/automated environment
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Accurate typing skills and the ability to correspond professionally in writing
  • Website content editing capability preferred
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

COMPENSATION
$15.00/hr - $17.00/hr
